SAXS and WAXD study of periodical structure for polyacrylonitrile fiber during coagulation 下载免费PDF全文
Small angle X‐ray scattering (SAXS) and wide angle X‐ray diffraction (WAXD) were adopted to investigate the formation and development of high order structure within polyacrylonitrile (PAN) precursor during coagulation. The scattering signal came from the microvoids and long period structure was separated reasonably by the analog computation method of decomposition of the one‐dimensional profile. Based on the established methodology, the statistic parameters of long period structure, such as length of the long period structure, crystalline region and amorphous region, were obtained by the analysis of correlation function. The results indicated that during the coagulation, the length of long period of the nascent coagulated fiber was 56.1 nm (meridional direction) and 35.6 nm (equatorial direction), respectively. The evolution of the long period during the coagulation was also discussed by combining WAXD data. With the processing of coagulation, the long period was decreased since the crystallinity increased. A method was developed for the direct dehydrogenative construction of C? N bonds between unprotected phenols and a series of cyclic anilines without resorting to any kind of metal activation of either substrate and without the use of halides. The resulting process relies on the exclusively organic activation of molecular oxygen and the subsequent oxidation of the aniline substrate. This allows the coupling of ubiquitous phenols, thus furnishing aminophenols through an atom‐economical and most sustainable dehydrogenative amination method. This new reactivity, which relies on the intrinsic organic reactivity of cumene in what can be seen as a modified Hock activation process of oxygen, is expected to have a large impact on the formation of C? We consider a quasistatic problem of frictional contact between a viscoelastic body and a moving foundation. The contact is with wear and is modeled by normal compliance and a law of dry friction. The novelty in the model is that it allows for the diffusion of the wear debris over the potential contact surface. Such kind of phenomena arise in orthopaedic biomechanics and influence the properties of joint prosthesis. We investigate the gas-particle dynamics of a device designed for biological pre-clinical experiments. The device uses transonic/supersonic gas flow to accelerate microparticles such that they penetrate the outer skin layers. By using a shock tube coupled to a correctly expanded nozzle, a quasi-one-dimensional, quasi-steady flow (QSF) is produced to uniformly accelerate the microparticles. The system utilises a microparticle “cassette” (a diaphragm sealed container) that incorporates a jet mixing mechanism to stir the particles prior to diaphragm rupture. Pressure measurements reveal that a QSF exit period – suitable for uniformly accelerating microparticles – exists between 155 and 220 mus after diaphragm rupture. Immediately preceding the QSF period, a starting process secondary shock was shown to form with its (x,t) trajectory comparing well to theoretical estimates. To characterise the microparticle, flow particle image velocimetry experiments were conducted at the nozzle exit, using particle payloads with varying diameter (2.7–48 μm), density (600–16,800 kg/m3) and mass (0.25–10 mg). The resultant microparticle velocities were temporally uniform. The experiments also show that the starting process does not significantly influence the microparticle nozzle exit velocities. The velocity distribution across the nozzle exit was also uniform for the majority of microparticle types tested. For payload masses typically used in pre-clinical drug and vaccine applications (≤ 1 mg), it was demonstrated that payload scaling does not affect the microparticle exit velocities. These characteristics show that the microparticle exit conditions are well controlled and are in agreement with ideal theory. These features combined with an attention to the practical requirements of a pre-clinical system make the device suitable for investigating microparticle penetration into the skin for drug delivery. 相似文献

A new idea for the optimization of digging using earth-working machinery is presented and experimentally verified. This idea is based on the conclusions derived from previous papers presented by the same authors, that the soil cutting trajectories incorporating the generated shear band as a part of them are the optimal ones. Dividing the whole excavation task into several repeatable cycles for which the soil free boundary before and after the experiment are similar the optimization of a single cycle plays a significant role in the energetic efficiency of the whole task. A single cycle of the working process is defined using several basing parameters. The influence of each parameter on the specific unit energy of the process was experimentally verified. Finally, a set of values for the discussed parameters is recommended for the particular soil and tool shape. 相似文献

A milling-process model with a variable time delay associated with each cutting tooth is presented in this article. The source
of this variable time delay is the feed rate. The effect of the feed motion on the entry cutting angle, the exit cutting angle,
and the amplitude of feed mark is also discussed. Loss-of-contact effects are also considered. The system dynamics is described
by a set of delay differential equations with periodic coefficients and variable time delays. A semi-discretization scheme
is presented for analyzing the stability of periodic orbits of this system. The analysis provides evidence of period-doubling
bifurcations and secondary Hopf bifurcations. Good agreement is found between the numerical results obtained from this work
